SHIPPING POLICY

How Will My Order Ship?

We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart.

Import duties where applicable are included in the price of the item, so you won't have to worry about paying upon delivery.

Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?

  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code

 

Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include:

2-Day Shipping

Your order will be promptly fulfilled and delivered within 14 business days.

Please note: Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Ground Shipping

Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 5-10 business days in transit for delivery.

Large Items

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS/FedEx, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight.

How it works:

1.) Choose a delivery option for your Large Item item at checkout. Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.

2.) Your order gets picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.

3.) Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal in your region. A Large Item carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.

4.) Delivery appointment scheduled. Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.

5.) Day of Delivery: Welcome your new order home! Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

Large Items Delivery Methods:

Curbside (You Unload)

This delivery method covers the essentials. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your 4-hour appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal.

  • Signature Required: Yes

  • Packaging Removal Included: No

  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Curbside (We Unload)

A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.

  • Signature Required: Yes

  • Packaging Removal Included: No

  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Outside Front Door Drop-Off

This delivery service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

  • Delivery Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.

  • Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s) will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is safe and secure

  • Packaging Removal Included: No

  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Inside Home Entrance Drop-Off

For our Inside Home Entrance Drop-Off option, a skilled delivery team will bring your items inside your home and place them in the immediate entryway.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal.

  • Signature Required: Yes

  • Packaging Removal Included: No

  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Room of Choice Delivery

Our Room of Choice Delivery option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing.

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.

  • Signature Required: Yes

  • Packaging Removal Included: No

  • Assembly Service Included: No

 

Room of Choice Delivery & Packaging Removal

Our Room of Choice Delivery & Packaging Removal option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of for your convenience.

*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.

  • Signature Required: Yes

  • Packaging Removal Included: Yes

When Will My Order Arrive?

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse.

Tracking Packages

  1. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. 

  2. If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

 

Free Shipping?

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within USA. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees.

Please refer to the following chart to understand the specific shipping rates for items that fall under our Shipping Policy:

Order Amount: Under USD $400.00 Standard Shipping Cost: USD $120.00

Order Amount: Over USD $400.00 Standard Shipping Cost: Free!

Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount.

The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.

Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and offer doesn't apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order.

It is easy to send your order to multiple addresses. For each item you add to your Shopping Cart you can select a recipient. You can also change a recipient during Checkout.
